Layering Potatoes: Arrange half of the sliced potatoes in the prepared baking dish, then pour half of the cheese sauce evenly over them.

Second Layer: Add the remaining potatoes to the dish, followed by the remaining cheese sauce.

Cheesy Topping: Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top of the potatoes.

Baking: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and slightly crispy.

Serve: Allow the dish to cool briefly before serving. For added flavor and presentation, consider sprinkling sliced green onions on top as a garnish. Enjoy your delicious scalloped potatoes!
